INSPIRATION EVERY SEASON!
ORTHODOX OUTLOOK aims not just to inform but even more to inspire; and to help all our readers to understand and to live the Orthodox Faith 'once delivered to the Saints'. The content is traditional, Orthodox and patristic; its aim is pastoral, so all is expressed simply and clearly.
The magazine is A4 sized, 32 pages in colour; all articles are in English.
Founded in 1986, ORTHODOX OUTLOOK ran for seventeen years (105 issues). After a four year break the magazine returned in October 2007.
It now appears six times a year. Although ORTHODOX OUTLOOK continues to be published with the blessing of the Archbishop of Thyateira and Great Britain (Oecumenical Patriarchate), it is fully pan-Orthodox in scope, publishing views and news from all the canonical autocephalous churches.
ORTHODOX OUTLOOK is edited by Father Athanasius, with a team of helpers; and the contributors - who include academics and specialists, laity and clergy - come from right across the Orthodox Church.
We apologise for the late appearance of the latest issue of ORTHODOX OUTLOOK. This has been due largely to the editor undergoing major surgery. We hope to get back on schedule as quickly as possible.
